How it works
Before anything is reinstalled we copy your files, so nothing is lost if the system has to be wiped.

A clean installation does, which is why we back them up first and put them back afterwards.
Can you install Linux?
Yes, including Ubuntu and Debian.

Send us the make, the model and a description of the fault, and an engineer replies with a price. Nothing happens until you have agreed it. Machines can be left at our Beckenham drop-off point by appointment, picked up by courier anywhere in London or Kent, or seen at your home or office. Workshop repairs are done in London SE1.
