How it works
Recovery work is carried out in-house with PC-3000 recovery tools, and drives that need opening are handled in a Class 100 cleanroom. Stop using a failing drive as soon as you notice a problem: every further attempt to run it can make recovery harder.

My drive is clicking. What should I do?
Switch it off and leave it off. A clicking drive usually has a mechanical fault and needs cleanroom work.
