You do not have to bring the computer to us. A Repair First engineer can come to your home or office, diagnose the fault and, where possible, fix it there and then.

How it works
If the repair would take longer than a visit allows, we take the machine to the workshop and return it, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Send us the make, the model and a description of the fault, and an engineer replies with a price. Nothing happens until you have agreed it. Machines can be left at our Beckenham drop-off point by appointment, picked up by courier anywhere in London or Kent, or seen at your home or office. Workshop repairs are done in London SE1.
