How it works
We test the laptop on an external monitor first. That shows whether the panel, the cable or the graphics circuit is at fault, so you only pay for the part that has failed.

If an external monitor shows a normal picture, the screen or its cable is usually at fault. If not, the fault is more likely on the board.
Can a cracked screen be repaired?
A cracked panel is replaced, not repaired. Your files are not affected.
