How it works
After a spill, switch the laptop off and unplug it. Liquid under the keyboard can reach the board, so the sooner it is opened and cleaned, the better.

Can one key be replaced?
Often, yes. If the mechanism under the key is intact, a single key can be refitted.

Send us the make, the model and a description of the fault, and an engineer replies with a price. Nothing happens until you have agreed it. Machines can be left at our Beckenham drop-off point by appointment, picked up by courier anywhere in London or Kent, or seen at your home or office. Workshop repairs are done in London SE1.
