What usually goes wrong
Displays, batteries and keyboards are the usual repairs, followed by liquid damage and logic board faults. On Apple silicon models the storage and memory are part of the board, which affects both upgrades and data recovery.

Getting your MacBook Air repaired
Send us the make, the model and a description of the fault, and an engineer replies with a price. Nothing happens until you have agreed it. Machines can be left at our Beckenham drop-off point by appointment, picked up by courier anywhere in London or Kent, or seen at your home or office. Workshop repairs are done in London SE1.
